Estudios de Caso/Aprendizaje Basado en Casos

Los estudios de caso respaldan experiencias de aprendizaje auténticas y activas centradas en situaciones del mundo real que presentan un conjunto particular de circunstancias con las que los estudiantes pueden interactuar. Los estudios de caso pueden estar impulsados por hechos, requiriendo razonamiento deductivo para llegar a una respuesta correcta o estar orientados al contexto con múltiples soluciones razonables. El aprendizaje basado en casos permite a los estudiantes investigar y discutir problemas de la vida real desde múltiples perspectivas, lo que promueve el pensamiento crítico, que es parte de la resolución de problemas, la flexibilidad cognitiva y la motivación. Los instructores y diseñadores de experiencias de aprendizaje tienen la oportunidad de introducir conceptos de diversidad e inclusión conectados a casos de la vida real, lo que puede fomentar la inteligencia cultural.
