Retroalimentación entre Pares

Cuando los aprendices proporcionan retroalimentación constructiva sobre el trabajo de otros, reflexionan sobre su propio entendimiento, aprenden a dar sugerencias relevantes, reciben formas específicas de mejorar y participan en la Metacognición. La retroalimentación entre pares fomenta la Motivación para autocorregirse, desarrolla la autonomía del aprendiz y apoya la retención en la Memoria a Largo Plazo. El propósito de la retroalimentación entre pares es promover el aprendizaje tanto del revisor como del receptor de la retroalimentación. Si es mayormente negativa, la retroalimentación puede desalentar el esfuerzo y la búsqueda del logro. Por lo tanto, es importante asegurar que las herramientas y los protocolos utilizados promuevan una retroalimentación que sea accionable, puntual, enfocada, proactiva, clara y personalizada para fomentar una mentalidad de crecimiento.
